If you received a damaged/defective product or received the wrong item:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about the issue within 3 days of delivery. We always ask for photos of the damaged package/product and/or the wrong item to speed up the claims process.
We will send you a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. You may choose to get a replacement or a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow for 7-10 business days for refund to reflect.
Return for all other reasons
Returned items must be brand new and in the original packaging. Unless instructed otherwise, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. A 20% restocking fee applies to furniture return.
When we receive your return, it will be inspected to verify its condition. If your return is deemed eligible, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow for 7-10 business days for refund to reflect.
To initiate a return:
Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Package your return well to avoid breakage during transit. Include your completed return form and write your RMA number on the Outside of the box. Any returns that are received damaged due to lack of proper packing will not be refunded.
Ship the package back to us, insured, with a tracking number to the given return address.
All personalized items are non-refundable. If there is any quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for replacement.
